So the recipe ........
Its very easy !

Peppermint Creams
1 lb of Icing sugar (called confectioners sugar in the USA)
3 small eggs, whites only.
Pure Peppermint extract
Food colouring (green)

Put the icing sugar into a bowl.
Separate the whites from the egg and whisk until frothy.
Add the egg whites into the icing sugar.
Add drops of peppermint. (the more you add the mintier it is!)
For white ones leave as is, for green ones add food colouring.
Mix all together until firm and is able to be rolled out.
(you may need to add more icing sugar)
If not minty enough or green enough you can add more as you go.

Roll out to desired thickness of sweet.
Cut out shapes.
Leave on a tray to dry for at least two weeks.
Turn the sweets over so they dry from the bottom also.
Then they are ready to eat !!

To make the box I used the following:
459222 Paper Blossoms Tools
452255 Grand Calibur
HCDP1 246 Festive Christmas Paper Pad
HCPC 3415 Petite Poinsettia PreCut
125156 Layered Poinsettia Shapeabilities
HCD 738 Ornamental Add on Die
HCPC 3551 Holly Berry Precut set

Other Products Used : All purpose Glue, glitter glue, gems, Red ink, brown
ink, Peeled paint ink, tacky glue, sweets, acetate, ribbon, embossing
powder, red card.

Cut a piece of acetate 12 1/4" x 8 1/4" and score 3", 6", 9" and 12" along.
Fold and adhere the  1/4" piece to the inner of the first scored section
to form a tube. Make a base by cutting a 4" x 4" piece of paper and score
1" on all sides. Fold and cut in the corners adhering to make a box base.
Adhere the bottom of the acetate tube into the base. Cut another 4" x 4"
piece of paper and score 1" on all sides. Make into a box lid. Cut a
sentiment strip and adhere inside the box lid and place over the acetate tube.
Cut a 2 1/2" strip of paper and fold around the base so that the paper is in
the right direction all the way round. Adhere ribbon around the base and the lid.
Stamp, cut and colour the holly swirls. Stamp, shape and emboss the poinsettias,
adhere two layers together and add gems. Adhere the holly swirls and flowers
to the box. Add your sweets inside in a cello bag and your project is complete.
