With Love


Today I have a card to share with you for Crafter's Companion.
I thought this card would make a great card for a teeneager.
Caitlyn tried to use it for her friends birthday so she
must have had the same thought !! 

I made several flowers of different colours until I settled on this one!
It is red but looks pink !! I thought it brought out the
colour of the girls cheeks! 

To make the card I used the following:
Scruffy Little Cat CD
Scruffy Little Cat paper pads Dark and Pastel
All Purpose glue
Leaf 2 Die
Flowers for all Occasions die

Other Items: Black Card, gems, ribbon, glitter glue

In the Garden




Here is my third project for Heartfelt Creations this week.
I realised I hadn't used this image!!
SO I thought I would bring two collections together!!
The Romantique and The Birds and Blooms!!

not that she knows it as that's all she would go on about !!! hehe

To make the card I used:

HCST1-401 Flower Shaping Kit
TSMP 800 Memento Rich Cocoa Ink
HCDP1-249 Romantique Garden Paper Pad
HCPC-3643 Romantique Garden Cling stamp
HCD1-757 Leafy BRanch die
HCD1-756 Birds and Blooms die
HCPC-3645 Leafy Branch Cling set
HCPC-3644 Birds and Blooms Cling set
HCD2-750 Cut mat Create 1B die set


Other Products Used : White card, Glitter glue, glue, 3D Foam pads, gems,
Promarkers, tan, Ivory, Burnt Sienna (wall) Pale pink, Antique pink (flowers
and dress) Tulip yellow, leaf green, pale blue (water) Cinamon, caramel (hair)
Soft peach, blush (skin) Cool grey 2 and 3 (Water fountain) Cornflower,
powder blue and Ivory (Birds) Peeled paint and Victorian Velvet Distress ink.

Cut a tent fold card 7" x 5". Cut two card fronts from the paper pad and adhere
one to the outer and one to the inner. Cut two card fronts with blank centres,
using Cut Mat Create 1B die cut the centre from the card fronts. Adhere on to
the inner for writing on. Stamp the image and colour using promarkers on the other
die cut. Adhere to the card with 3D foam pads. Stamp, cut colour the birds. Stamp, cut
and shape the flowers adhering a gem in the centre. Stamp cut, colour and shape the 
leaves. Adhere the flowers, birds and leaves to the card, glitter the flowers and dress
and your project is complete.

Happy Birthday



Today I have my second project of the week for Heartfelt Creations.
I have to say I LOVED making these feathers for my card today.
I tried using some new pens I got and wow I LOVE them!
So easy to use!! Aqua Pens and a water brush...... brilliant! 
I am going to have a real play with them over the Easter Holidays.

To make my card I used the following:

HCST1-401 Flower Shaping Kit
TSMP 900 Memento Black Ink
TSMP604 Memento Summer Sky
HCD1-760 Delightful Daisy Die
HCPC 3656 Delightful Daisies Cling Stamp Set
HCDP1-252 Peacock Paisley paper pad
HCPC-3661 Feathery Peacock Cling stamp

Other Products Used : White card, Aqua pens - Sunflower and Peacock Blue
Faded Jeans and Peeled Paint Distress inks, beads, edger tool, glue, 3D foam pads, 
glitter glue, water paint brush.

Cut a 7" x 5" tent fold card. From the paper pad cut two 6 3/4" x 4 3/4" pieces
from a darker paper and distress the edges. Cut two lighter pieces 6 1/2" x 
4 1/2" and distress the edges. Take one of each sized papers and adhere them on top
of each other and adhere to the inside of the card. Take the other two and adhere 
them with 3D foam pads to the outer of the card. Using a 6" x 6" section of paper
from the pad cut 4 strips 6" x 1" and distress the edges. Glitter glue the edges of 
all the papers and the pattern of the inner piece. Cut a dark piece of paper 5" x 2"
and then a lighter piece 5" x 1 1/2" and stamp the sentiment. Distress the edges 
and adhere both across the card glittering the edges. Stamp and colour the feathers 
with the Aqua pens and water brush. Cut out the feathers and glitter. Stamp the flowers
with the Faded Jeans ink and colour the centres with the Summer Sky Ink. Shape and 
adhere beads to the centre and glitter the petals. Stamp, cut. colour and shape the 
leaves. Adhere flowers, leaves and feathers to the card and your project is complete.

Wine Bottle Holder

This bottle holder is so much easier to make than you think HONEST !
Give it a go you will be surprised!

Here is a close up of the flowers.


I decorated the back of it too!
I really love these holders, have fun making one yourself.


To make this bottle Holder I used the following:
HCST1-401 Flower Shaping Kit
TSMP800 Memento Rich Cocoa Ink
HCD1-758 Botanical Wings Die
HCD1-759 Butterfly Medley Die
HCPC-3650 Butterfly Medley Cling Stamp Set
HCPC-3651 Botanical Rose Cling Stamp set
HCDP1-251 Botanical Medley Paper Pad


Other Products Used : Beads, White card, Peeled Paint distress Ink, Ribbon,
glitter glue, glue, Bottle, die cutting machine. Promarkers
(for the butterflies) pale pink, cocktail pink, tulip yellow, ivory, tan.
Spellbinders Grand Circle dies, Pearl Gems, Lilac Ink. Lilac card, hole punch

Using paper from the paper pad and the template HERE
Cut, score and fold and adhere the side of the holder together. Die cut two Circles,
one in lilac card for contrast the other in matching paper to what you cut the template
from. Adhere the two circles on top of each other. Adhere the body of the holder 
to the circles. Punch holes in the tops of the holder and thread ribbon through.
Stamp and colour the butterflies. Stamp, cut, shape the flowers adding pearls and beads
to their centres. Stamp, cut, shade and shape the leaves. Cut tags from the paper pad.
Adhere the flowers, leaves and tickets to the bottle holder. Insert the bottle and 
thread tags onto the ribbon and tie in a bow. Your project is then complete.

Proud as a Peacock


It's Wednesday again and I have another project to share with you
with the Peacock Paisley Collection from Heartfelt Creations !!

I made a video on how I coloured the Peacock with water coloured pencils!!
Yes I know scary stuff, well it is for me !!! lol!!

Here is what I used to make the card:

HCST1-401 Flower Shaping Kit
TSMP 900 Memento Black Ink
HCD1-760 Delightful Daisy Die
HCPC 3656 Delightful Daisies Cling Stamp Set
HCDP1-252 Peacock Paisley paper pad
HCPC-3660 Peacock Swirls Cling stamp

Other Products Used : White card, Watercolour pencils - green, dark blue,
yellow, olive green, Peacock feathers and Faded jeans Distress inks, beads,
edger tool, glue, 3D foam pads, glitter glue, Spellbinders Fleur de Elegance die,
small paint brush and water.

Cut a 7" x 5" tent fold card. From the paper pad cut two 6 3/4" x 4 3/4" pieces
from a darker paper and distress the edges. Cut two lighter pieces 6 1/2" x 
4 1/2" and distress the edges. Take one of each sized papers and adhere them ontop
of each other and adhere to the inside of the card. Take the other two and adhere 
them with 3D foam pads to the outer of the card. Glitter glue the edges of all the 
papers and the pattern of the inner piece. Stamp and colour the image with water colour
pencils. Draw and cut around the inner of the die. Ink the edges with the Peacock 
Feathers ink. Die cut, emboss and ink the Elegance die. Adhere the oval to the die and
adhere to the card front. Stamp, cut, colour and shape the flowers and leaves. Adhere
beads to the flower centres. Adhere the flowers and leaves to your card and your
project is complete.

Thanks for all you are to me



I have been wanting to share this card ever since I made
it a few weeks ago but I had to wait incase my Aunt aka Mum
saw it......... she looks on here you see !!! lol

Today is Mothers Day here in the Uk, and this is the card I made
for my Aunt whom I think of and love as my Mum.

We are having a day spent together as a family, 
big Sunday dinner YUM YUM! 
and lots of fun and games.

I made the card with a card front from the Raindrops on Roses paper pad,
Botanical Rose stamps and dies and sentiment from Heartfelt Creations!

My thoughts are with you


I was going through my papers .........
It's always fatal to do that I get distracted !!! lol!!
Well I found my Raindrops on Roses papers and I had some flowers
left over from a project so you know I just had to make a card !!! lol

This is a card front from Heartfelt Creations paper pad that
I used on the front and inner of the card.
The flowers are Delicate Asters stamps and dies and 
sentiment also from Heartfelt Creations.

Right I'm off to get ready........... I'm going to Harrogate Craft show today !!
Can't wait!!! I have my ticket, money and list oh and a BIG bag all at the ready!!
Oh boy you know the bag is going to be full by the time I come home!!
Well I need card and it takes up so much room !! lol!!

Look at the colours aren't they beautiful!!


At the time I made this I was in one of  those creative 
areas using white so this is what I came up with !!

To make my card I used the following:
HCST1-401 Flower Shaping Kit
TSMP 900 Memento Black Ink
HCD2-750 Cut Mat Create 1B
HCD2-749 Cut Mat Create 1A
HCD1-760 Delightful Daisy Die
HCPC 3656 Delightful Daisies Cling Stamp Set
HCPC-3657 Feathered Daisy Cling stamp set
HCPC 3634 Tarnished Gears Cling Stamp set

Other Products Used : Black card, ribbon, white card, white embossing ink,
white embossing powder, 3D foam pads.

Using folded white card and the 1A Cut Mat create die cut a card base. 
Die cut 1B and stamp the image on the bottom. Adhere ribbon over the top
of the image and stamp the sentiment. Adhere to the card with 3D foam pads.
Stamp, cut and shape the flowers. Adhere the flowers to the card and your 
project is complete.

Menu and Napkin holder


 

Here are the last two pieces of my wedding set 
I have made for CCIDT !

A Napkin holder I made from two cupcake holders.
And a Menu card. The idea is the menu goes on the back BUT
you could make it as a card and have the menu inside 
as an insert.

Caitlyns Card


I allowed Caitlyn to have free reign in my craft stuff ....
YIKES............. my heart pounded all the time !!

Caitlyn wanted to make her sister a birthday card and saw
a card Angelica had created. She loved it so much and wanted to have a go at it.
Here is what she created ! It uses the Arianna Blooms papers, stamps and dies
from Heartfelt Creations !! 
Not bad for a 14 year old!!! hehe

Especially for you


Here is my second project this week for Heartfelt Creations.
I am just LOVING the card fronts in the Birds and Blooms paper pad !
Besides Pink is just my colour !! lol
Hehe My cousin had a look at mu blog ......
I got an email back saying there is a lot of pink on there !!!  Lol !!! 

This card was super quick and easy to make,
using card fronts really make a effective card!

I used the following to make the card:
HCDP1-250 Birds and Blooms Paper Collection
459222 Blossom Tool set
HCD1-757 Leafy Branch Die
HCD1-756 Birds and Blooms Die
HCPC-3645 Leafy Branch Cling Stamp Set
HCPC-3644 Birds and Blooms Cling stamp set
TSMP900 Memento Black ink

Other Products Used : White card, 3D foam pads, gems, Promarker 
pens Ivory, Powder Blue and Cornflower (birds), Victorian Velvet and Peeled
paint distress inks, die cutting machine.

Cut a 5 1/4" x 4" tent fold card. Cut two card fronts from the paper pad. 
Adhere one to the inner of the card. Cut the centre from the second card front.
Stamp the sentiment onto the rectangle. Adhere the outer to the card and adhere
the rectangle to the card with 3D foam pads. Stamp and shape the flowers adhering 
a gem into the centre. Stamp and colour the leaves with peeled paint ink.Stamp 
and colour the birdies. Adhere the flowers, leaves and birds to the card and your 
project is complete.

To make the card I used the following:

HCST1-401 Flower shaping kit
HCPC-3653 Botanical Rose Bouquet
HCPC-3651 Botanical Rose Cling Stamp set
HCD1-758 Botanical Wings Die
HCD1-748 Arianna Blooms Die
HCPC 3474 Heartfelt Expressions cling set
71012 ColorBox Olive Pastel Chalk
71006 ColorBox Rose Coral Chalk
TSMP900 Memento Black ink

Other Products Used : White Card, Spellbinders A2 Filigree die, white embossing
powder, embossing pad, heat gun, Pearl gems, glitter glue, 3D foam pads, 
die cutting machine, glue.

Die cut the A2 Filigree die in white card. Cut a tent card 1/4" larger 
on all sides than the die. Adhere the die to the card with 3D Foam pads. 
Die cut the oval from the die set and stamp the sentiment. 
Draw around the die and cut out. Colour the edges in the 
Rose Coral chalk. Mat and layer and adhere to the card with 3D foam pads. 
Stamp the Rose Bouquet stamp and heat emboss in white. 
Fussy cut around the image.Using the emboss 
resist technique colour the leaves in Olive pastel chalk and the 
flowers in Rose Coral Chalk. Glitter the flowers and adhere the image to the card.

Adhere the flowers and leaves to your card and your project is finished.

Elegant white on white


I created this card for the CCIDT, now its not what I started 
out to make ....... What I was going to make was 
a MALE card in KRAFT card !!! 
Mmm ....... nothing like then!!! lol
How I did this instead I really don't know !

I looked at the new A2 Create  a Card die I hadn't used yet and thought
Oooh you could make a great lattice panel out of this !!! 
And the rest as they say is history!!!


I thought this would make a great wedding invitation!
Then I thought well it would make a great anniversary, valentines, 
wedding, thank you, Mother's Day .......... lol it goes on!!

Happy Birthday


I thought I'd make some sunflowers!
Its been a while since I made some and I needed a birthday card
so this is what I made !!

The paper is a card front from the Sunflower paper pad.
I cut out the circle and placed behind it a die
cut from the Raindrops on Roses die.
Sentiment is from the All Geared up collection.

Right well I have a birthday party to go to today!!
So I best go and try to make myself tidy and get the
ink off my fingers !! lol!!!
