Do you ever sit at your craft desk and have no idea what you are going to create? 

Yeah that was me today! BUT... as soon as I took out the Pretty Pastels paper pad and the Wild Flower3 die set from Elizabeth Craft Designs I just knew I was going to create something very different for me!

If you are looking for a quick card for weddings, anniversaries and valentine's day 

then this is a perfect card to create! 

 Directions:

1. Using the outer Hearts Cutouts die create an easel card base. Fold over the top piece in half and cut another of the heart die in white card and adhere to the card base.

2. Using the Pretty Pastels paper die cut two of the hearts in pale pink, distress the edges and using a black pen draw faux stitching around the hearts. Adhere to the card base.

3. Die cut flowers and leaves from the Pretty Pastels papers using the Wild Flower 3 dies and using a black pen add faux stitching.

4. Stamp the sentiment from Garden Party Elements onto the heart.

5. Adhere the flowers and leaves and gems and your card is complete.

For the Bride and Groom

I needed a quick wedding card for a friend this week!

Thankfully I had my stash of images all ready and a tray of flowers I could pick from!

It really helps having some things all ready for use!

To make the card I used the Heartfelt Creations Classic Wedding collection

and the Spellbinders Heirloom Rectangle die as the card base.

Guest Book and Box

I was recently asked to make a Guest Book for a friends wedding.

The colours were blue and gold, beautiful!

This is what I created for her.

I was so thrilled as I have been wanting to make blue

 flowers for ages and just not got round to it!!

So I also decided to make a box for it to be kept in......

I decided to make it different on the outer than the book itself.

The words are chipboard I had specially cut from Want2Scrap,

They really are awesome people there!

I used gold gilding wax to colour the words, it covered beautifully!

For the box I used the Timeless Amour die, for the hearts,

Vintage Floret stamp and die for the flowers and

classic leaf die and open leaf stamp set all from Heartfelt Creations.

On the guest book I used the same flower and leaves stamps and dies.

I just made the flowers differently, I used the Arianna Lace die under the rose, 

and added lots of heart gems  !!!

I really hope she liked it !!

Wedding card

I know I have been quiet recently so I thought I would share this wedding card.

I made this ages ago and just hadn't got around to sharing it !

I just love these papers ........

If I made it for a specific couple I'd like to add small photos of them

behind the flowers! I think it would look cool!

I used Daphne papers, Sun Kissed Fleur flowers, pearl gems, Raindrops on Roses die,

Open leaf stamp and classic leaf die along with the Cut Mat Create 2B die

and Sweet Juliet flower die, Spellbinders Circle and pennant die.

The sentiment was done on the computer.

Wedding Card

My friends got spliced last week and this is the card I made them.

I hope they worked out how to stand it up !!! hehe

I love this shaped card, its a Go-Kreate die.

The border and leaves are Martha Stewart punches.

Image is LOTV and paper is from Cuddly Buddly.

Love the effect of the pink and Kraft card.

Well its another busy weekend, the first of the summer holidays !!

I love having the children home and doing things with them.

Wedding day Kisses

I was asked to make a wedding card

by my neighbour. She can see me crafting every afternoon

in the conservatory so knew I made cards !!! lol!

She just wanted something not too fancy but not too plain

this is what I came up with, I tried so hard not to put swirls and ribbons etc on !

Well she loved it thankfully !! lol !

I used a Martha Stewart border punch, LOTV stamp, Nitwit papers.

White on White Wedding

Well this time at Forever Friends the Fortnightly Challenge is a White on White card !! I knew exactly what I was going to do for this as soon as I saw the challenge !!! I used a Martha Stewart border punch for the lacy edging, a heart embossing folder to create texture on the card, Magnolia tag, flowers and a swirl and some gorgeous heart pins in the flowers !! I am really pleased with this card ! I started out on my first white on white card hating doing it .................... but I have to say I really enjoyed making this and really love the effect. Cant wait till my cousin gets wed in Sept so I can give it to them !!!
