Heartfelt Creations

This was a very simple card to make but so effective !
Here is what I used to make the card:

459222 Paper Blossoms Tools
452255 Grand Calibur
HCPC 3613 Arianna Hummingbird PreCut set
HCD 747 Arianna Lace Die set
HCD 748 Arianna Blooms Dies
HCDP1 244 Arianna Blooms Paper Pad

Other Products Used : Black Ink,  Victorian Velvet Ink, glitter Glue,
All purpose glue, 3D foam pads, pearl gems, white card, green card.

Using the white card cut a 6" x 4" tent card. Cut a card front from the
paper pad and adhere to your card. Cut the centre of a matching card front
and stamp your image on. Adhere to the card using 3D Foam pads. Die cut
the swirls for leaves. Stamp, cut, shape, ink, glitter and add pearls
to the flowers. Adhere the flowers and leaves to your card and your
project is complete.

Happy crafting !!!
Can't wait for next Wednesday I have a Photographic tutorial
for the project I have made !!

  1. Liz, of all of the cards and projects made by the HC design team, yours was my absolute favorite. I was absolutely blown away by your card's pure elegance, and your gorgeous coloring on the top RHS of the top layer--LOVELY!!! I cannot color well at all, would love to learn how to shade and highlight, but due to a disability, getting to classes is almost impossible. So I try and learn from great colorists--like you!!! :) The way you shaped those flowers and used the stamen (I hope I have the correct term, sorry) in such an elegant way, totally took me back. You created a card that was somehow in my heart, not how to express it properly. I LOVED it!!! You have great talent, and it's a pleasure to leave you this comment. I'm from Canada, I live in Ontario--but did spend a year in the UK (Manchester), on a scholarship many years ago at the Royal Northern College of Music, loved my time in the UK, would have happily stayed there. :) Thanks for really touching my heart, and for creating such a gorgeous card--I just HAD to find your blog and leave you a note. Best wishes, Joanne Lowe

  2. I love the belly band you added to this card. It just sets every other element off. The trio of flowers is sheer perfection! Best get your daughter to make you some more, since a little birdie told me you are running low! Hugs!
