Christmas All Glammed Up!

This week for my Heartfelt Creations project I used
the Eyelet Oval Die from the All Glammed Up Collection to create an easel card!

Oh the temptation was so great to make Christmas Shoes!!!
BUT I will save those for another day!! lol
My daughter has a list of shoes she wants me to make!!! lol!!

So I thought this week I would use the new release for Christmas!
Actually after I made it I did think it would make a great birthday card
for someone with a December birthday, just change the sentiment!!

Make sure you pop over to the blog there are some STUNNING projects!

To make the card I used:

HCST1-401 Flower Shaping Kit
105637 Cut n Boss Machine
HCDP1-260 All Glammed Up Paper Pad
HCD1-776 Eylet Oval Die
HCD1-766 Sparkling Poinsettia Die
HCD1-765 Large Poinsettia Die
HCPC-3680 Sparkling Poinsettia Cling Stamp
HCPC-3679 Large Sparkling Poinsettia Cling Stamp
HCPC-3681 Sparkling Poinsettia Candle Cling stamp
HCD1-761 Everyday Heroes Die
TSMP900 Memento Tuxedo Black
TSMP800 Memento Rich Cocoa ink
359760 Gold Embossing Powder
159723 Art Institute Glue

Other Products Used : Black card, flower centres, Peeled Paint Distress Inks,
red card, white card, Embossing pad, heat gun, 3D foam pads.

Watch this video HERE to learn how to shape the Poinsettia flowers.

Using folded black card create an oval card with the single oval die.Fold the front
piece in half, to begin to create an easel card. Die cut two of the scalloped edged oval
dies in black card. Adhere one to the folded piece and one underneath the unfolded side of
the oval card to finish creating your easel card. Take two card fronts from the paper
pad and using the single oval die cut the centres of the card fronts. Adhere to each oval
with 3D foam pads. Stamp the sentiment on white card and die cut with the Everyday Heroes
arrow die. Using black card draw around the outer edge of the die and cut out to create a
layer for the sentiment. Adhere the two pieces together and shape. Stamp, cut, colour and
shape the flowers and Holly leaves. Add flower centres to the poinsettia. Adhere
the leaves, flowers and sentiment to your card and your project is complete.

  1. Love your card Liz - it's really striking. Had a look at HC blog and saw the sneak peek on there - can't wait for black Friday. Do you know what time it will be in the UK when they start the live show? Pat x
