The Magic of Christmas

Its time for another Christmas Card club challenge.
Two weeks has gone by so fast !
This week Hazel chose the challenge and she challenged us to ....
"Something beginning with S"

So........ I decided to make a Shaped card
and use a Sentiment.

I used Spellbinders Mystical Embrace die for my card
and I used three card fronts from
the Festive Christmas Collection from Heartfelt Creations.
I used one for the inner
and I layered up two of the same card fronts for the front.

The sentiment is from the  Heartfelt Creations Holly Berry set.
Poinsettias are from the Bebunni Xmas CD
and I used the holly die from Die'sire for the holly.

Hope you like it.
Happy Crafting !!

Happy Birthday

Well I had a really good tidy up over the holidays.
I put things back in their packets for a start !!
I was so bad the last few weeks before I got married,
things didn't get put away properly .......
ANYWAYS .... It resulted in me looking to see
what I actually had too ! This stamp is a Hero Arts one
I bought years ago, used a few times and has lain in a box since !
Mmm ....... so I thought I would use it with this.

I used Spellbinders Classic Rectangles and fleur de lis rectangle
to make this card. I used my edging tool on the base layer.
Of course the flowers and Leaves are Heartfelt Creations.
The flowers are Arianna Blooms.
It is all layered with 3D foam and string pearls added.

I wasn't really sure about it when I had finished.......
Right I had better get on I have so much to do today!
First day back in the craft room !
The list is long ........ !!!

Happy crafting !

You are my everything

So tomorrow the children go back to school here in the UK
and I go back to work!
I have sneaked making this card in between the OH going walking the dogs!
Well ............ I had said I wouldn't craft for the weeks since we got married
to the children going back to school !!
You just know I couldn't resist !!
(tomorrow I get to craft again whoop whoop!!)
So here is a very quick card.

Its a 5" x 5" card and I cut another piece of card
4 1/2" x 4 1/2" to layer on top of which I used the edger tool on to make rough.
I die cut the heart using the die from the Timeless Amour set
from Heartfelt Creations.
I then took the centre heart die cut and drew around it on the
4 1/2" x 41/2" card in the centre of the card.
I carefully cut it out and then adhered the piece of card
to the card front with 3D glue.
I adhered the outer of the die cut to the top of the card and adhered
pearl string around it.
The flowers are Sunkissed Fleurs and Classic leaf stamp and dies
and sentiment are also from Heartfelt Creations.
I added pearls to the flowers and glittered the edges!

Hope you like it!
Right we have appointments to go to ! Busy day ahead.
Happy crafting!!
