Stitched with love.

Do you ever sit at your craft desk and have no idea what you are going to create?
Yeah that was me today! BUT... as soon as I took out the Pretty Pastels paper pad and the Wild Flower3 die set from Elizabeth Craft Designs I just knew I was going to create something very different for me!

If you are looking for a quick card for weddings, anniversaries and valentine's day
then this is a perfect card to create!

 Directions:

1. Using the outer Hearts Cutouts die create an easel card base. Fold over the top piece in half and cut another of the heart die in white card and adhere to the card base.

2. Using the Pretty Pastels paper die cut two of the hearts in pale pink, distress the edges and using a black pen draw faux stitching around the hearts. Adhere to the card base.

3. Die cut flowers and leaves from the Pretty Pastels papers using the Wild Flower 3 dies and using a black pen add faux stitching.

4. Stamp the sentiment from Garden Party Elements onto the heart.

5. Adhere the flowers and leaves and gems and your card is complete.

Three Different Ways to Shape a Rose!

I don’t know about you my friend but I love to make the most out of my crafty stash! What better way to create three different looks out of one item?

Infact…. Let’s go one more step and create two projects with the same decorative die and embellish them with those roses!

Want to learn the steps to creating this one of a kind gift bag? You know me… I love making something out of crafty products that the item wasn’t designed to do!

Follow the step by steps to create this gift bag and foam roses in the video tutorial HERE

Now for the other two roses…. Paper and Vellum! You can learn the simple steps in the video HERE along with how to create a quick and EZ easel card too.

I got to share these projects live as part of the Valentines Virtual event over at Heartfelt Creations. What an amazing day everyone had celebrating Art from the Heart, crafters from all over the world together just having fun! And of course being live always makes for some interesting times, you never  know what might happen!

Friend if you missed the event don’t worry, great news…  You can watch all the videos on replay HERE!

Have lots of crafty fun and I’ll be back soon with some updates and more projects you can create too!
