Creating a Chalkboard look is so easy !!
All you need is white ink and embossing powder and Black card!
1. Stamp your image with White ink
2. Heat emboss it with white embossing powder.
3. Using your finger rub white ink around your image
4. Create a project with the image!!
Have a go it is so effective!!
To make the card I used the following:
459222 Blossom Tool set
452255 Grand calibur
HCD 736 Classic leaf die
HCPC 3545 Open Leaf PreCut set
HCD 734 Sun Kissed Fleur Die
HCPC 3533 Sun Kissed Flue Stamp
HCD2 750 Cut Mat Create 1B Die
HCPC 3642 Romantique Wings PreCut set
HCDP1 249 Romatique Garden paper pad
Other Products Used : Black card, pearl gems, glitter glue, 3D foam pads,
peeled paint and Victorian Velvet distress ink, black and white inks, white card,
craft Knife, glue, Spellbinders circle dies, white embossing powder.
Using the white card cut a 6" x 6" side fold card. Cut a 6" x 6" card front from
the paper pad. Using a craft Knife cut the outer square from the card front and adhere
to the card. Cut the centre square from the card front and adhere both sections to the
card front with 3D foam pads, doubling the height for the centre square. Glitter the
edges of all the layers and the pink lace around the centre circle. Stamp the
image in white ink onto the black card. Heat emboss the image with white embossing powder.
Using you finger rub white ink around the image to create a chalkboard effect. Die cut
the image with the circle die to fit into the circle on the card front. Adhere the
stamped image onto the card with 3D foam pads. Stamp, cut, colour and shape the leaves.
Die cut 6 of the swirly leaves in white card. Stamp, cut, colour and shape the flowers.
Adhere pearl gems into the centre of flowers and glitter the ends of the petals. Adhere
the flowers, leaves and swirly leaves to your card and your project is complete.
Happy Crafting!!
