Under the mistletoe

A House Mouse Christmas card today.

I used my CD for this one. 

I LOVE it there are so many images on there !

I have to admit I printed off the image before I found papers etc.

So I struggled !

                              In the end I used my Graphics program and made the background

colour of a digital paper I had the same as the image colour.

Of course I thought ! Light bulb moment !!

KRaft card would look good with it!

And this is what I came up with.

I used Marianne hearts, Doohickey mistletoe, 

Cheery Lynn swirls and Marianne corner dies.

Of course I glittered the image up and

added bling !!!

Xmas Dinner

Well I whipped up this card !

Like the pun ?? Lol !

Cooking card ..... whipped ..... oh ok its a rubbish joke !!

I used Nitwit papers, LOTV image and recipe stamps.

Flowers, punched leaves and those snowflakes are Xmas decs !!

I LOVE those snowflakes ! I bought a whole stash last Xmas to see me 

through the year in my card making !

Now I need more !!!

Right best go as I have a party to go to today !

Double sided Xmas tags

I made these double sided gift tags with the new

A Home For Xmas CD from Polka Doodles.

Wow it is just gorgeous !

I used Spellbinders labels 20 for the tag, cutting it out of

card printed on both sides.

The large die and the next sixe down .

I used the printed elements in my Design software,

 adding the string of stars to decorate the tree

and placing  the characters in front of the tree.

Everything is from the CD except the ribbon of course !

Oooh wouldn't that be cool if you could get ribbon like that !

 

I used inks around the sentiment and glittered up all the snow 

and edges of the tag and sentiment.

This week at the Christmas Card Club its Hazels challenge

Feature a creature !!

Well this card I hope is ok as its got a cat on it but its not the main feature .....

The image is from Wild Rose, papers are from Nitwits 

and of course  I used my tree decs I get to make cards with !!

(the snow flake and tree) 

Punch is a Martha Stewart and Swirl is Cheery Lynn.

I even made a box for this card and wrapped it in tissue paper.

Its my turn over at the Christmas Card Club to set the challenge.

I chose VINTAGE !!

I have been missing for a while, sorry ladies, hopefully soon I will get back into full swing ......

I actually made this ages ago and chose my challenge around it !

I know but time is so short these days !!

Anyways .... I used a Marianne Die for the card,

Cheery Lynn die for the Holly swirls, a image off a CD

and then added pearl gems all around the edge.

I am so naughty as this post was due yesterday ....... sorry girls !

I was having fun ....... !!!

I did a big Sunday dinner for family and then we played games !

Great fun !

Well I had this card made before Xmas ! 

It was my card I made my Gran despite her not being here !

I used my Marianne Anja square die, love it!

Cheery Lynn holly flourish, pearls and flowers !

I can't believe two weeks has passed and I haven't made a card !!!

This time its Zoe's turn to set the challenge at

the Christmas Card club !!!

She chose Sugar and Spice !!!

The card is made by using a Marianne Anja Oval die

Image from a disc, Cheery Lynn holly and flowers !!

It takes a lot of pearls to do this card but I think it was worth it !!

A "Blue Peter" job ..........

Oh boy I feel so bad ....... I really feel I am letting my friends and blog family down trying to deal with lifes events ..... so here is one I made earlier !!! Hence the "Blue Peter" title !!!

I just so happened to have made this before I went on holiday how lucky is that !!!

I used one of the new Wild Rose Annabelle Christmas pre-printed images !! 

Ooh they are so beautiful !!!

Of course a Christmas card had to have one of my favourite Snowflake tree decs on !!!

 Can't wait till Asda get them in again I'm nearly out !!!

 I Also used The Whimsy postcard rubber stamp and 

Cheery Lyn die cut of holly swirls along with a Spellbinder die with the sentiment. 

Paper is Nitwits !!! All my favourites !!

So ...... I am going to try to get back into things, 

starting with posting cards I make just for making sake !

 I'm not sure I'm ready to focus on cards I have to make just yet ........

I used a LOTV image, yeah it a pre-printed one ..... hey time was not on my side !!

Christmas Angels

Well I finally got a card done for the Christmas card club gang !!! I'm so sorry ladies  I have just got so bogged down with life's stuff ........... This time it is Dawn who set the challenge; to use an Angel on your card !! So here is a very quick card from me, I had to fit in making three cards today and look after baby!!!

The image is LOTV, card cut using a Marianne Die, Holly swirls is a Cheery lynn die ( I LOVE THIS !!) and ticket sentiment from Cuddly Buddly. FLowers and glitter and hey presto !!! Sledging fun !

I know its July and here we have a Xmas card !!! Well my next posting is one too !!! lol !!! I made this card for Cuddly Buddly and used Christmas Tickets for the sentiment, frosted lace for the paper .... ooh there really is some yummy designs in the set ! and Toby Tumble lets go sledging 3D sheet ! I glittered up the edges  and star with Stickles Star dust. The star is from Marianne Star and Bauble die, I used a Martha Stewart punch for the leaves and flowers from my stash !

This really did cut out well and was so easy to assemble as a decoupage ! I borrowed my Aunts Spellbinder Bauble dies to cut the bauble shapes !!! Thanks very much !!!

A kiss with a wet nose !!

Aww ........... I LOVE this pre-coloured image from Cuddly Buddly ! So sweet !! The papers are Quilted Holly, ooh yummy !! These are going to get used loads for my Xmas cards !! The image is Emmy Kissing. I used my circle Spellbinders and Marianne Icicle die, ribbon and flowers from my stash. The sentiment tags are beautiful, these are Christmas Tickets and of course I blinged it up with my Stickles Star Dust glitter glue !! I really prefer this "shade" as it doesn't dry changing the colours of the image below like some "shades" do.

Well I hope you like her !! This is going to go to my friend who just loves dogs !!! She makes cards too so I know she will appreciate it !!

Well I guess I best get going as cards to make !! lol ......... I wish try cleaning and cooking and Ironing !!!

Clean and simple !

This fortnight over at the Christmas card club our challenge is clean and simple ...... So hard !!! I have had to sit on my hands !! The image is a LOTV one and papers are Nitwits. The sentiment is a Cuddly Buddly one, love it !! pop over and have a look you might be suprised !!

Well this is as clean and simple as  I can get !! The bits are jumping out of the cupboard at me to use !!! lol!!!

Ribbon and lace

Wow it's time again for the Christmas Card club's challenge !! This time it's ribbon and lace.

I have used a border die for paper lace and the girl has ribbon on her hat !!! I am just loving these flowers !! I got the sizzix 3d flower die !!! Oh boy are they easy to make !! I made these for my card next week for C4E but just couldn't resist so you will see them again !!! Lol !!!

Anything but a card

Ooh ........ no card !!! Thats the challenge this time for the Christmas card gang !!! Well I got out my box maker I got from my lovely Aunt for Xmas !! (THANK YOU !!) and made a box and a tag !! Great challenge Thanks !!

Black and White Christmas at Easter !!!

LOL !!! Happy Easter everyone and here is my Christmas card !!! hehe !!! This week it was my lovely Aunt who set the challenge! Black and White !! Cheers ............ boy I had to think !!! Still here we are !!! It is funny tho as we are having a bbq today for Easter !!! Christmas cards and easter egg hunts !!! hehe !!!

The papers are from Pink Petticoat, image is LOTV and the stamp is from Whimsey stamps !!! I forgot I had it !!! I got it when it was released last year and never used them !!! Blimey !!!
